LCR vs. Other telecommunications companies- Is there really a difference?
Quite simply, there is a defining difference between LCR and other telephone service providers. Our rates never change and they are competitively priced. Where do I begin to understand my phone bill?
All LCR charges will be billed on the LCR page of your phone
bill. Our customer service number is conveniently located
on your phone bill, if you have any questions about your phone
bill please feel free to contact us.
Is there any minimum monthly usage?
The long distance programs marketed by LCR Telecommunications do not require minimum spending commitments. However the monthly reoccurring charge is $4.95 per month.
What are your rates?

How much does it cost to switch my long distance? LCR Telecommunications does not charge you anything to switch your long distance. However, many local telephone companies charge customers anywhere from a $5 to $10 fee to switch long distance carriers. This charge is added to your local phone bill. In many cases, LCR will offer their new customers a refund for this fee.

Why are my intrastate calls not billed at the same
rate as my interstate calls?
Intrastate rates vary and can be more or less than your interstate
rate. Ask your LCR representative for your intrastate rate.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel immediately by calling LCR Customer Service at 877-554-7958, available 9-5 Eastern Standard Time. Should you wish to cancel by e-mail please send communication to info@lcrtelecom.com.
